# Wordcloud

> A browser-based wordcloud editor and an unauthenticated MCP service for generating, inspecting, and rendering wordclouds.

## Product

The editor processes source text in the browser and keeps its draft in browser storage. MCP generation sends `sourceText` to the Worker for in-memory processing. The application does not intentionally persist or log raw source text, but Cloudflare or other platform telemetry or retention may still apply. Returned SVG and V data contain derived terms. The MCP endpoint has no authentication; do not send sensitive source text or word lists.

- Transport: stateless Streamable HTTP; no authentication.

### `wordcloud-generate-from-text`

- Input: required `sourceText` (up to 32 KiB UTF-8); optional locale, case handling, stop words, dictionary, token rules, number and symbol policies, style, title, and description.
- Output: SVG, reproducible V fragment, and summary data.
- Limits: at most 100 unique terms; the Worker rejects request bodies larger than 64 KiB.
- Data: source text is sent to the Worker and processed in memory. The application does not intentionally persist or log it; platform telemetry or retention may still apply.

### `wordcloud-inspect`

- Input: required existing V URL or `#wc-pako:v1:` fragment; optional `limit` from 1 to 100.
- Output: snapshot metadata, ranked word counts, layout status, and top words.
- Source text is not accepted; the tool does not fetch remote URLs.

### `wordcloud-render-svg`

- Input: required existing V URL or `#wc-pako:v1:` fragment; optional SVG title and description.
- Output: SVG text for the validated saved scene.
- Source text is not accepted; the tool does not fetch remote URLs.
